These programs address critical gaps, from basic digital literacy to advanced machine learning applications relevant to sectors like e-commerce, agritech, and creative industries – areas where Kazakhstani women have historically shown strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Dr. Gulnara Bakytzhanova, a leading economist and gender studies expert at the Kazakh National University, emphasized the broader societal impact.
